Product: HP Smart Tank Wireless 455

Good evening!
My HP Smart Tank Wireless 455 printer has ink in all the tanks, but the yellow color does not print. In the print quality report all the properties and colors appear correctly, except for yellow. I have tried cleaning the print heads, aligning the cartridges, I even removed the print heads in case I had air or something, and nothing, it still does not work.
I don't know what else to do, all the other colors come out fine.
