Obrigado.

Hello.
I have a 2-month-old Envy6010e connected to the Wi-Fi network. I had no problems until two weeks ago.
Now, when I print from my desktop PC connected to the Wi-Fi router via an Ethernet cable, I get the "printed" message but no printout comes out. This only happens with the desktop PC and only with printouts (I can scan and make copies). I can also print from my mobile phone.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it without success.
When I test the Wi-Fi network, I get the following report:
There is more than one wireless access point/router with this wireless network name (SSID). If this is not intentional, it is possible that your HP printer is connected to the wrong wireless network. To avoid this, change the SSID to a unique one.
If you change the name of your network, you will need to configure the SSID of all wireless devices according to the new network SSID.
Can anyone help?
Thank you.

@iNunes, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your Printing Issue with HP Envy 6010e!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
When your HP Envy 6010e printer shows a "printed" message but does not produce a printout from your desktop PC, try following these troubleshooting steps:
Check Network Connection:
- Ensure your desktop PC is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your printer.
- Verify the network settings and the printer’s IP address.
Restart Devices:
- Shut down the printer, PC, and Wi-Fi router.
- Start the router first, followed by the printer and then the PC.
Confirm Printer Status and Network:
- Make sure the printer displays that it is connected to the Wi-Fi network.
- Print a Network Configuration Page to check connectivity status. This can be done from the printer’s control panel.
Update Printer Drivers:
- Make sure that you have the latest drivers installed for your printer. You can download and install updated drivers from the HP Support page.
Check Printer Queue:
- On your desktop, open the printer queue and check for any stalled print jobs. Cancel all jobs if necessary.
Disable Firewall/Antivirus Temporarily:
- Firewall or antivirus software may block the communication. Disable them temporarily to check if they are causing the issue.
Reinstall HP Smart App:
- Uninstall the HP Smart App and reinstall it. The app helps in managing printer settings effectively.
Hope thid helps!
Take care, and have an amazing day!
