Hi @Farooqii,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If you need to find or reset the WiFi password for your HP Laser 107w printer, follow these steps:

Check the Printer Configuration Report

  1. Print Configuration Report:
    • Ensure the printer is turned on and connected to the network.
    • Press and hold the Cancel button on the printer for about 5-10 seconds until the Configuration Report starts printing.
    • The report usually contains network information including the WiFi password.

Reconnect via HP Smart App

  1. Reconnect the Printer Using HP Smart:
    • Download and install the HP Smart App on your mobile device or computer.
    • Open the HP Smart app and follow the instructions to set up your printer.
    • When prompted to connect to WiFi, enter the new network details.

Access Printer Webpage

  1. Access Printer Webpage:
    • Ensure your printer is connected to your WiFi network.
    • Find the printer’s IP address by printing a Configuration Report or checking the router’s connected devices.
    • Open a web browser and enter the printer’s IP address to access its internal webpage.
    • Look for network settings and you may find the WiFi password there.

Perform a Network Reset

  1. Reset Network Settings:
    • If you cannot retrieve the password, resetting the network settings might be necessary.
    • On your printer, use the control panel to navigate to Network Settings.
    • Select "Restore Network Defaults" or "Reset Network Settings."
    • Reconnect the printer to the WiFi network using the HP Smart App or manually via the printer’s control panel.
