Information page not printing.

When I press the I button so it can print out the information page, this is what it prints out. (See image below) I need the information page so I can see the password to the printer’s network “WiFi” so I can connect and print photos/documents. Please help! It doesn’t even print out the “testing page” (see 2nd image below)

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Are you using Wifi-direct or home wifi?

If you are using Wifi-direct, try the password 12345678

Hello, yes I’ve tried that already and it says incorrect password
