Product: HP Smart Tank 7005 All-in-One
Operating System: macOS 15.0 Sequoia

No matter what paper I print on, the ink doesn't seem to fully dry. It transfers and smudges, even when I leave it for a long time before touching it. Some ink actually spilt down the side of my printer, and it's never dried at all. If I touch the printer where I spilt it (months ago), I still get blue on my hand. What can I do?

You need to ensure that you are buying the right type of paper. Paper designed for inkjet style printers has a treatment that absorbs ink so it is fixed to the page. Paper designed for laser printers typically is not porous and ink just sits on the surface.
