Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

HELP!
I've been trying to solve this for days! I have been using my HP8620 for wireless printing for years and have been using it for years to print on my Office jet Pro 8620 without any problems. No problem.
Until a few days ago I got a (presumably) No Filtering FAIL when I ran the network test results.
When I enter the password it takes forever and then comes back not found. Like I said, nothing has changed.
I have factory reset - still not working.

I changed my password - still not working.

I've played the game 'off and on again' - it still doesn't work.

How do I solve this? And why can't I contact HP to talk to a real person to help us? That virtual assistant did nothing but piss me off. I'm so frustrated BUT I don't want to buy a new printer if it still works fine, just with a USB connection
