Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

HELP!
Ik ben al dagen bezig om dit op te lossen! Ik gebruik mijn HP8620 al jaren om draadloos te printen en gebruik het al jaren probleemloos om af te drukken op mijn Office-jet Pro 8620. Geen probleem.
Tot een paar dagen geleden ik een (vermoedelijk) No Filtering FAIL kreeg toen ik de resultaten van de netwerktest uitvoerde.
Wanneer ik het wachtwoord invoer, duurt het een eeuwigheid en komt dan niet gevonden terug. Zoals ik al zei, er is niets veranderd.
Ik heb de fabrieksinstellingen teruggezet - werkt nog steeds niet.

Ik heb mijn wachtwoord gewijzigd - werkt nog steeds niet.

Ik heb het spel 'uit en weer aan' gespeeld - het werkt nog steeds niet.

Hoe los ik dit op? En waarom kan ik geen contact opnemen met HP om met een echt persoon te praten om ons te helpen? Die virtuele assistent deed niets anders dan me boos maken. Ik ben zo gefrustreerd MAAR ik wil geen nieuwe printer kopen als deze nog steeds goed werkt, dan maar met een USB-aansluiting
