Product: HP Photosmart Plus e-All-in-One Printer - B210a

Hello, with PC Windows 11 no problem. using WIFI 

I use a Smartphone S21+ (Android 12) on it have install App HP Smart.  I will install a new Printer  using  WIFI... "my printer is not in the list"... second intent  Not found... with Help I see a lot of printer but not my  Photo Smart B210 !!!

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you are facing a connectivity issue with your HP Photosmart Plus B210. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

If the printer is already on your wireless network, then try using HP Print Service Plugin and check.

 

Also, make sure you update the printer firmware and your android device once.

 

Printer firmware update:

  • Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your product
  • Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
