Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

OfficeJet Pro Premier 9010 Series Model 1KR54A
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Installed printer.  Downloaded and installed updates (including Firmware and Web Service package).  Printer successfully set up on wireless network and internet.  Wireless Network Test Result = "All PASS".  Web Access Test Result report = "No Problems Found".  HP Network Configuration Page="Internet Connected".  Get Most out of your Printer = Printer Email Address (assigned) and Printer Code (assigned, changes with each printout, of course).  Printer successfully added to HP Connected.  The printer has an established Instant Ink account (Account number assigned).  Printer working fine on wireless network.  Prints documents from three different computers on the network.

The Rub:  Instant Ink website cannot link to the printer so that ink can be sent.

HP Note.PNGInstalled and re-installed Wed Services several times both manually and via PC.  Each time Web Accessa Test Result report =Connected".  Each time, Instant Ink cannot connect to printer.  Inkl is running low and I will have to purchase cartridges even though I have a 2-year credit (one reason I purchased this printer).  Business relies on printed documents.  Worked with "Help"

for two hours and "escalated" and given a case number.  I have not been contacted by higher-level help (almost a week).  Any ideas?
