HP ENVY 6032 All-In-One Printer

I changed internet provider. My printer connects to the internet, but no longer connects to instant ink. Hi can I restore this connection?

Hi @JMH123, Welcome to HP Support Community. 

 

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you. 
Please follow these steps,

Uninstall the HP smart app from any one of the devices. 

Note: If there are additional printers listed on the HP smart app, they will be deleted) 

 

Restore the printer to the original network settings -   On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for at least three seconds.

 

Post that, re-download the HP smart app on your phone, open the app, and click on add printer on top. Select your printer and follow the on-screen instructions to get your printer connected to the new network.  

 

Once successfully connected, the wireless light would turn solid blue.
