Product: Office Jet 4630
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a 6 year old Office Jet 4635 printer, the [personal information removed], product number B4LO4A.[personal information removed] was wondering if my printer will work with the Instant Ink program. I checked a list that said the Office Jet 4630 series is compatible. I'm wondering, because of its age, if it will connect to the internet to order ink cartridges. Thank you.

Yes, the HP Officejet 4635 printer is supported by HP Instant Ink.

 

However, you need to ensure your printer firmware is up to date to allow the printer to maintain a proper connection with the service:

Thank you for your reply. I tried the link you sent and it didn't work. I also went to the HP website and tried downloading all the updated firmware, drivers,etc and it wouldn't download there either. I don't quite know what to do at this point.
