Instant ink

I’m trying to set up instant ink, it tells me to press the x and I button together to print a code, but it does nothing, when I’ve looked for help it says to look on the printer menu for network set up, I can’t find this, help please!!

@Jude77 If you've been referring to this article on setting up the printer with the HP Instant Ink program via the claim code, here's the user guide designed for your printer and the steps to print a wireless configuration page that should contain the details you need: click here to view the same on page.9 of Print reports from control panel (see image below)
