I have an HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All in One printer, enrolled in HP Instant Ink. Within the past few weeks, the printer has reported that it is not connected to the Internet. There have been no changes to my printer, network, or other devices.
The printer is most definitely on my wireless network, and my home devices can print through it, and run HP Smart app. So it definitely is connected to the network, and has the ability to reach the Internet. If I choose to check for updated firmware, it says it's up to date instead of not being connected.
I've already power-cycled my router, printer, and other devices. The printer reports in HP Smart that it cannot connect to the Web Services, and the Instant Ink site reports that the printer is disconnected even after I clicked resync. I'm not sure what other steps to take.
