Hello, 

I couldn't print anything on my printer. It says I should re enable Web services, but I couldn't print. The ink is stopped.

You ran out of ink and did not receive new supplies?

 

Log in to https://instantink.hpconnected.com/ and check whether new ink has been mail to you (menu to the left), the online status of the printer (top left corner) and when HP last has been in contact with your printer. (Top right corner)

 

If HP says your printer is offline, but it is always turned on and connected to the internet then enter Web services in the printer's display on using the embedded webserver like this

Fix any errors here.

 

Make sure you have the latest firmware (Tools menu)
