Hi! Everyone!

I would appreciate some prompt feedback on someone letting me know if my HP OfficeJet 3830 Printer retains digital images in it's internal memory after a Factory Full Reset... The Count Menu shows 2002 pages and 6 Events in the window... are these actual document images or just a default number kept in memory showing the Printer usage since being put into Service?  Thank You!
