I changed internet providers and printer not connecting to new wifi

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

If you have changed your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or replaced your router, and your printer is not connecting to your new Wi-Fi network, you might need to reset and reconnect your printer to the wireless network. Here’s how you can do it, specifically for HP printers:

 

Restore Factory Wireless Settings:
 

  • On the back of the printer, press and hold the Wireless button for 5 seconds. You should see the Edge lighting flash blue.


Reconnect the Printer to Your Wireless Network:
 

  • Use the HP app or the WPS method to reconnect your printer to the network.
