Product: HP PageWide Managed P57750dw Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

I need to add a Windows domain to enable Windows log-in on the printer. In EWS I go to Settings → Access Control → Windows Sign in setup. In the "Default Windows Domain" I enter the domain address, mark "Enable Windows sign-in" and press "Apply. This gives an error "Invalid input" I have tried different web browsers, IP address instead of domain name but the same error comes up. Other identical printers with identical firmware version do not give such an issue. How do I fix this?
