I had a look at their website and from my opinion it looks like a common tech support scam.
If my response helped you, please let me know by marking my answer as the accepted solution. This will help others.

Yesterday my HP laserjet stopped working. I thought I was on an HP page, got connected to a Metaverse tech. He solved the problem, but he also had access to my computer and sold me Norton software, overcharging me by $130.00. My bank is disputing the charge and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you go to their website, they build websites, no mention of tech support services. They did fix my printer, but I feel completely invaded.

This company took me for $229.99 for their "Premium" security system. They infiltrated my Paypal account and tried to get people to send money to it. Paypal restored my account and they denied that they are a scam-- they FIX computers and printers, they said. I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and am going to contact the BBB. I feel for anyone scammed by this company. They have all their bases covered to not make them look like a scam.
