My HP Laser Printer has been working fine running on IP 192,168.1.207 for years. I replaced the toner cartridge
2 days ago and all of a sudden my printer stopped spooling print jobs. I have done some printin after the gartridge change and I cant see how that could effect anything. I replaced the Cat 5 cable, and changed Router port, but I can not ping the printer. Can the Network card or port on the printer be replaced ?

Have you factory reset the device? You are correct that a cartridge change is unlikely to cause this problem.
