Issue printing

I had issues last week printing documents from my iPad & iPhone.  I somehow got in contact with customer support and was finally able to print.  I printed about 3 documents with no issues.  Went back the next day and have not been able to print anything. I tried making sure my wireless was set up the way I was instructed and still not able to print.  How do I get back in touch with customer support?  Thank you
