Hello - Over the past year I have spent $82.18 for my instant ink subscription.  In that time I received one set of cartridges.  I have now cancelled my subscription and now can't even use the remaining ink in those cartridges.  I spoke with a representative who explained that I am paying for pages not ink - I get that - however, it doesn't seem right that I would pay $82 for cartridges and then not even be able to use them.  I would like to be able to use the remaining ink in the cartridges. $82 is too much money to waste.  The representative was nice but her solution was trying to sign me back into the program.  That is not a solution.
