I switched internet providers and I am trying to change the wifi information and it's not letting me change the info. And I tried using the virtual assistant, but it kept telling me to connect to an HP network setup on my network lists and it never showed up.

Hi @tifferrs,
Thank you for the response.
Try these steps:
Using the HP Smart App
Note: Ensure you have the HP Smart app downloaded on your device:
- Microsoft Store (Windows): HP Smart (in English)
- Mac App Store (macOS): HP Smart for Desktop (in English)
- Google Play Store (Android): HP Smart (in English)
- App Store (iOS): HP Smart (in English)
- Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device to help the HP Smart app detect the printer.
- Turn on the printer and ensure that it is in the same room as your Wi-Fi router and device.
- Open the HP Smart app.
- Set up a new printer:
- If it has never been set up before, choose the option to get started and follow the prompts.
- If it was previously set up, you will need to reconnect to your new network. Click Add Printer or Set Up a New Printer in the app.
- Restore Wi-Fi setup mode:
- Printers with a touchscreen control panel: On the control panel, open the Wireless or Setup menu, select Network Setup, and then select Restore Network Settings.
- Printers without a touchscreen control panel: Use the control panel buttons to Restore Wi-Fi setup mode on your HP printer.
Using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup)
Use Push Button method:
- Begin by touching the Wireless icon on your printer Home screen and navigating to Settings > WiFi Protected Setup > Push Button Setup.
- Start the setup process on your printer and press the WPS button on your router when prompted.
Use PIN method:
- Start again by touching the Wireless icon on your printer Home screen and navigating to Settings > WiFi Protected Setup > PIN Setup.
- Generate a PIN and enter it on your router within the setup time allowed.
I hope this helps.
