Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i cant set up my printer Deskjet 2720 with my wifi (Router Sagemcom 5G). my problem is on 2nd Step, when software HP SMART is on NETOWORK INFORMATION, in this step always broke to process and it say that had problem.

help me please
