Hi, on printer setup, after holding the INFORMATION button for 3 seconds and all the lights come on, the printer doesn't print a Network Configuration page when I press the RESUME button.
I've tried switching everything off/on a few times, restored defaults etc. Nothing works for over an hour!
Please help!
Thank you very much!

Hi,
Please see the "Print a Wireless Network Test Results page" section below to print a Network Configuration and Wireless test reports. after the lights lit you should press both Information and Resume together to print the report:

Thank you so much. That's very helpful.
The trouble is that my control panel is now flashing with the EO message (even though the ink levels are full) as I guess it doesn't want me to use ink before I enter a Network Configuration Code.
But while it's flashing EO it won't respond to me holding down the information button for three seconds as the lights don't come on so I can't press the Resume button and therefore I can't get the Network Configuration Code.
I seem to be trapped in a vicious circle.
Thanks for your help.

I would assume there is a problem with one of the ink cartridges, this should not be related to any previous step taken...
Please open the cartridge access door, can you see the right or left light indicator?
Try removing the indicated cartridge from the printer and close its cover, then power off the printer and turn it back on.
For now, leave the ink cartridge a side.
Now , try printing the report with the single cartridge installed, may you able to print the report now?

Hi thanks for your reply.
I've tried taking both cartridges out, one by one, but the yellow error light flashes for both of them and it won't let me print anything.
It does keep printing the "Printer Information Page" when I try to hold the INFORMATION button down to then press the RESUME button (but which then doesn't light up).
So again, there's no way of getting my Network Configuration Code.
Should I just dump this printer and buy a different make of printer? I'm afraid I'm not impressed with HP printers! I had a deadline to meet yesterday and still can't print anything.
Very grateful to you for your help though.
