Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Need to download software to install HP JetDirect 380x Model J6061A  Printer Server. Can not seem to find it on HP site.

You don't need software, connect the jet direct to printer, connect network, press small button on a jetdirect the printer will print a network page and install printer over network.

Yes, I did print network page. under tcp/ip everything is "not specified "or zeros. I am running Asus  Router GT-AX6000. Trying to use server to connect to HP CP1518ni printer. Print server connected to printer via USB. Using 2.4 channel on router. 

Am I missing something or does the print server not function with this printer?  How do I connect print server to network should have been first question. Thank you for previous response.

I wrongly assume you want to connect it wired. For wireless you need to install wireless setup wizard on your computer, not sure how and will it work on WIN11
