I got a new modem with different everything and cannot update on my printer as a username and password are required. A majority of settings are greyed out and a message box appears ' The feature has been locked by the person who setup the printer. To unlock this feature, touch "Unlock". I don't recall locking as I would've recorded username and password, as I do with everything. Can you please advise how to reset without using 'Restore Factory Settings' as this is also greyed out. I have tried using previous SSID and key and many other variations but that didn't work. I have also tried to reinstall the printer but HP Smart and Windows are not locating it. Nothing I have done is working.
