Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My laptop and printer are both connected to the wireless router. I can print from mobile devices, but not from my laptop. This was not a problem a couple of weeks ago, but is now. I tried all I could find on line but failed. My laptop operating system is Windows 8.1 (64bit)

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to connect the printer to your wireless network.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you run the HP printer and scan doctor and it will automatically find and fix connectivity issues.

 

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program.

I downloading the suggested program and run it. The laptop still fails to communicate with the printer, so the problem has not been resolved.
