Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

HP LASER JET PRO P1102W. I have a Toshiba P55 A5312 running Windows 8.1 and a Dell Inspiron15 7000 series running Windows 10; my provider installed a combination modem/router and I have not been able to use my printer since then. Everything was copasetic before that when I had always been  using my personal netgear and asus modem and router. 

The test print-out still shows that the printer is  connected to my old equipment even though it's been disconnected and stored away. I can't understand why the new gear is not connecting to my printer which I believe is about 6-7yrs old.
