Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2019

We have an HP Color LaserJet MFP M283fdw that will change from a manually set static IP address to a DHCP IP address.  I've installed that latest firmware (20220729) to the printer, but the printer continues to reset to DHCP for the IP address.  There does not appear to be any rhyme or reason as to when this occurs.  Any suggestions or recommendations on how to address and/or resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
