Product: LaserJet MFP M29W
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The Amazon site reports that the M29W is Alexa compatible.  However, Web Services is not available on the device and there is no way to get a Claim Code to register without  it.  Can anyone confirm that either the listing on Amazon is wrong (?!) or that the printer is not capable of working with Alexa?  Further, if it is compatible, how do I get it to connect?

Hi,

The M29w printer is not supported for printing with Alexa, I suggest checking with the retailer for the included information at Amazon, this is incorrect.

 

The printer does not support HP ePrint:

Therefore, printing from Alexa is not supported for the printer:
