Hi. I still have the issue documented in this thread from eight months ago, when support stopped responding.
To summarize, my printer cannot connect to my wi-fi router, after having been able to do so for over a year.
Wireless remains off.
I can print a test report. In the Troubleshooting section, it states:
The wireless radio on your HP printer is currently turned OFF.
To connect wirelessly, you must turn ON the wireless radio on your HP printer.
The wireless radio cannot be turned on via HP Smart>Network>Wireless Configuration>Status>On>Apply
Doing so refreshes the settings and wireless remains off.
Pressing the Wireless button on the control panel has no effect.
The diagnostic summary is as follows:
--
TCP/IP(v4)
TCP/IP(v6)
Network Identification
Wireless Network Configuration
Wi-Fi Direct Setup
SNMP
Syslog
Network Statistics
Enabled Features
Security
--
Please advise.

It would appear that the wireless on the printer might have failed. If you have attempted all methods to turn it on and it still does not turn on then there really is no oher explanation. How old is your printer?

I purchased it August 22, 2018. Almost exactly two years ago. I know it's not a premium device, with the cost being less than two of its toner cartridges, but it failed in December 2019. It worked for 16 months.
