I did not use it for a long time. Today I try to reconnect it to my current wifi.
1. search it in wifi - shown name: setXXX, which I remember it should be directXXX
2. HP smart connect it successful
3. fail to open 192.168.233.1 - only blank shown
4. print the diagnose as below

You may need to reset the printer:

The printer will remain in setup mode for 2 hours as I recall. Maybe only 2 minutes (?) if trying that WPS or pushbutton method.
WiFi setup to router: instructions using smartphone
For WiFi direct setup page 27 of users manual. This is useful if there is no modem

HP has an incomplete list of "how to reset Wi-Fi printers",. Yours is not listed

I just found this video which I was unaware of and it is different from the instructions I had given you earlier.
I will use this video as a reference in the future for any owners of the 28-31 series who need to reset.
