Microsoft Windows 11

I have a LaserJet Pro M203dw connected by usb to my Dell Optiplex desk top - faultless. I also had 2 No laptops connected to print wirelessly. At the time we were on Virgin.

Changed to EE broadband and the printer will not connect via bluetooth to the router it is sitting next to. The bluetooth light on the printer just flashes and the WPS button on the router does not connect with the printer.

@Golferbob100, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP LaserJet Pro M203dw to Wi-Fi Network!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Ensure Compatibility:

  • Ensure that your router supports the Wi-Fi standards compatible with the printer (802.11b/g/n).

Reset Network Settings on Printer:

  • On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button for 3 seconds. This will clear any previous network settings.

Use the Wireless Setup Wizard:

  • Open the Wireless Setup Wizard on your HP LaserJet Pro M203dw by pressing the Wireless button on the printer control panel.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to select your network and enter the network password.

WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) Method:

  • If your router has a WPS button, you can also use the WPS method:
    1. Press the Wireless button on your printer and hold it for a few seconds until the wireless light starts blinking.
    2. Press the WPS button on your router within 2 minutes.

Install Printer Software:

  • Ensure you have the latest printer driver and software installed on your computer. You can download it from the HP Support website.

Connect via HP Smart App:

  • You can also use the HP Smart app to set up the wireless connection. Download the HP Smart app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Follow the prompts in the HP Smart app to add your printer to your Wi-Fi network.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
