Hi @gronk49,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your LaserJet Pro M102w is showing offline and won’t reconnect to Wi-Fi, even though your other printer works fine. Let’s walk through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Power reset the printer and router

Turn the printer off, unplug it for 30 seconds, and then turn it back on.

Restart your Wi-Fi router as well to refresh the network connection.

Check the printer’s Wi-Fi light

Make sure the wireless light is solid or blinking.

If the light is off, press and hold the Wireless button for a few seconds to enable Wi-Fi mode.

Print a Wireless Network Test Report

Press and hold the Information (i) button until the pages print.

Check if the report shows the printer connected to your network or if it shows “Not Connected.”

Reconnect the printer using WPS (if your router supports it)

Press and hold the WPS button on the router.

Within two minutes, press and hold the Wireless button on the printer.

Wait for the wireless light to turn solid, indicating a successful connection.

Re-add the printer in Windows

Go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners.

Remove the M102w, restart your PC, then select Add device and choose the printer from the list.

Install the printer using the HP Smart app

Open HP Smart and choose Set up a new printer.

The app will force the printer into setup mode and help connect it back to your Wi-Fi network.

Reset the printer’s network settings (if it still won’t connect)

Turn the printer off.

Hold the Wireless button + Cancel button, then turn the printer back on while holding them for 5–7 seconds.

This resets network settings and puts the printer into setup mode again.

I hope this helps.
