Can not setup new printer. My WIFI network does not support WPS for security reasons. Using the HP Smart App on Android 11 device, I can connect to the printer during the setup process, but get stuck it says there are no available WIFI networks for the printer to use. It is 18 inches from one dual-band router. How can I get this working?

What is the encryption method supported by your router?

This printer has WPA/WPA 2 encryption. 

 

If you have already tried the WPS method, then you might have to use a USB cable and then convert it to wireless.
