Hi! I can't print anymore because my printer shows the message "a problem has occured and you will be unable to print, except for printer reports, until the issue is resolved. Check your HP account for more information". On the app there is no clue about the problem, it says "verify the account" and on another page "printer not connected on internet", but the report says that it is connected and I can't find the way to solve it. Also the app doesn't update to the newest toner but still shows the oldest one.
