Thanks. I actually solved my issue another way. I still had my old router which I turned on and allowed the printer to connect. I also connected to the router via wifi and was able to access the printer with a web browser using the IP address. I then updated the network settings directly in the printer.

You can print a configuration report to get your printers IP address. Then connect a computer or device to your old network and open a browser. Type the IP address into the browser to get to the printer's configuration page. Go to the Networking tab and select Wirless Configuration from the list on the left side. You should be able to change to your new network from there.
