Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It's time to replace my original HP Black toner cartridge.  When I pull on the blue handle, the right side releases, but the left side remains locked. This prevents the cartridge drawer from sliding outwards, preventing me from replacing the cartridge.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
