LaserJet Pro M402DW
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP LaserJet Pro M402DW

Formatter: 1K10AHW

Firmware: 20200612

Configuration Report states that the network cable is disconnected. The printer will not retain its manual IP address.

Default settings on the configuration report state: IT-Managed

If I manually set the printer and don't power-cycle it I can connect to the web interface with my laptop.

A power cycle will reset the network settings on the printer.

I have a link light on the back of the printer and on my switch.

I have tried playing with the crossover cable setting and the duplex auto-sense setting.

I have tried a memory initialization.

Any help would be appreciated.

IT managed does not really affect network settings, it affects how updates are applied. Check the connector on the printer closely, I have seen cases where some of the contacts get either bent or crossed over. Anything happen around the office before this started such as a power outage or someone tripping over a cord?
