Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The printer successfully connected via WIFI.   It later stopped working, I have been trying everything to reconnect it, including deleting the Smart App, resetting the network settings on the printer, and installing on different PCs and phones.  Each time it gets near the end of a connection, then reports that the Wifi or bluetooth cannot connect.  Any ideas?
