I have lost connection to the scanning function of the printer. I can print from the computer but not scan. I have tried updating drivers and switching everything off to no avail. How can I restore the scanning function?

Thanks for the advice. I had used Scan Doctor before without solving the problem. I tried it again and it failed on even more counts. I have downloaded the drivers for the second time and now the problem appears to have been resolved. I cannot understand why this did not resolve the issue previously. Thanks for your help
