I have just upgraded my MacBook Air to Sonoma 14.0 and both my HP 7850 and HP 5530 Envy printers are shown as Offline now, so I cant now print. This is the first time in 18 months that I have had a problem with the Mac.
This is after both the Mac and Wireless Router have been power cycled.
I can successfully print on the HP printers from my iPhone 15.
Sonoma 14.0 was not listed in the OS options above. Is it possible that the HP printer drivers need upgrading on the Mac for compatibility? The HP Smart software could not detect the HP 5530 after I removed it and tried to add it back again. Does the HP Smart software need upgrading?
Who can I talk to in HP Support for assistance please?
