I hate this thing. I have watched so many YouTube videos, followed all of HP’s troubleshooting steps and still cannot rely on this product. I would throw it away and start again, but I’ve seriously only been able to get it to work one time. How do i get on the phone with customer support? I have not been able to find a phone number anywhere.

I see that you are facing an issue with your printer.
Do you have the same issue when you make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)
To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:
- Please elaborate on the issue to assist you further.
- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.
- May I know which application are you using to print?
- When was the last time your printer was connected to the network or working fine?
- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?
- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
Note: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
