M148fdw network problem

Good Evening

I am having two problems:

1. When trying to setup wifi access for my printer using the HP Easy Start it is asking for “The user name and password assigned to this device by your administrator are required to perform this task”. I have no idea what my user name and password are.

2. When I press the Wireless/network button it says Menu access is disable. How do I fix this?

I am a school teacher try to get everything setup before students start school.

Let us try to restore the network settings

Refer to page 132 of the user guide.

Now try to connect the printer to the wireless network. If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
