M2020 cannot print double-sided

Greetings. I am using the Samsung print service plugin. The double-sided printing option is not available. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks.

Hi,

the printer only support manual duplexing , any such is supported from computers only and not from mobile devices:

You may look within the print settings for the Page Range option and set your job to print odd sides only, then reload the paper with the printed side facing down and print even pages only this time to manually print the other side from your mobile device.

Thanks for the reply. know it only supports manual duplexing because I have done it from my laptop, but it cannot be done through the print service plugin, and there isn't an option to select even/odd pages. Any idea?

Can't you see any Page Range or any similar option within the print settings?

I'm not sure about the service capabilities as have no access to any Samsung printer, but I would guess it should be similar.

Can you generally locate the print settings following the shown Print Preview?
