LaserJet Pro 200 Color M276nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Once every couple of days my laserjet pro 200 color MFP M276nw drops offline.  The signal strength is not an issue and using the wireless troubleshooting on the printer window, everything passes.  I can still print while directly connected but wireless users in my house cannot.  Jobs are sent and get stuck in queue.  The only resolution I've found was to do a net stop then net start spooler and the issue disappears for a little while.  Any more permanent fix I can try?  Thanks in advance!

For printers connecting via wireless, check what type of port is being used for communication. WSD ports are installed as default most of the time for the driver, the problem is that when these ports detect and error such as loss of connection or paper tray empty they not reliably detect when the printer is available again or the error has cleared. Better to set the port as a Standard TCP/IP port. To check on your PC go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu. Then click ports and check port change.

I have this same problem and changing the Port did nothing for me.

The other issue we have run into is a compatibility issue with the 5Ghz wireless used on some HP Laserjets and current 5Ghz being installed my ISPs. On HP printers the 5Ghz is B/G/N protocol while the latest standard is 5Ghz A/C. Some users have resolved this issue by using a separate SSID for the 2.4Ghz channel on the router and forcing the printer to only connect to the 2.4Ghz signal.
