Common problems for Connectivity Issues
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about Printer Wi-Fi, Connectivity Issues and Offline Status. Check out this link: HP printer is offline or unavailable.

Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Samsung M2835DW.

It is properly connected to our wifi and via usb.

Within the last two weeks, it will connect wirelessly only after a button on the printer's panel has been pushed.

It seems to go to sleep until a button is pushed making it dysfunctional for remote printing from another room in the house.

I have tried Easy printer manager, the control panel and Samsung Easy Wireless Setup. Nothing works. As soon as we press a button (power, WPS) on the printer, the printer appears on our wireless devices and prints any spooled jobs. Once the lights on the front panel go out, the printer again becomes unuseable until a panel button is again pushed.
Otherwise, the printer is still great. I have no idea what changed and I am fairly tech savvy.

Thanks for ANY help.

Thanks so much for your clear and prompt response.

The key I was missing was the log in/passcode for and how to access SyncThruWebServices. I don't know what happened but once I coud access SyncThruWebServices, all was easy. I extended the sleep time and re-established WifiDirect.

Again, thanks again.
