Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, my wired network connection does not work on my M479fdw - and when using the HP Smart software, the Wired (802.3) shows the network interface as "disabled", and under advanced, says "you cannot use this function because its been disabled.  For more information, contact the person who set up the printer".  Can you please advise how to enable the wired network connection?
