Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently purchased a used HP 553Mdn from a dealer.  I know that this model does not have wireless capability, but was led to believe that I could use HP eprint with it.  When I ran the specs from the actual printer, it noted that both HP web services and eprint were disabled.  I’ve also I’ve tried typing the IP address into my browser to access the printer to make changes and it does not connect to the printer.  Is their a way to enable HP webservices or eprint?  Thank you.
