Hey there.

 

We have an issue with a M725 printer.

I need to enable WebScan .

To do that i need to login to the EWS webpage.

But nobody knows the password.

I tried factory reset, updated the firmware to latest version.

And was unable to figure out how to reset it.

Searched if there was a default password, could not find anything.

I have the service pin "05072513"  but that is different from the administrator password for EWS.

Any help how to reset / change or if there is a default password would be great.
